    • The Home Health Aide performs basic nursing procedures under the supervision and direction of the registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, or appropriate therapist according to a written patient care plan.
    • Visiting area is Lombard an Schaumburg


    • Certification by Illinois Department of Public Health
    • Evidence of the completion of a state approved Home Health Aide training program
    • High school diploma or evidence of GED completion
    • One year experience in acute/chronic patient care setting
    • Current CPR certification
    • Current Illinois Driver�s License and proof of current auto insurance
    • Satisfactory completion of the pre-employment CNA competency test
    • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language
