    Responsibilities

    • The Data Analyst, Growth will maintain and support the practice management and Clinical System applications of Lexington Health Network.
    • This position works with clinical and finance staff to support the clinical reports, scheduling, billing, claims management and reporting needs of the organization.
    • Position will use statistical analysis to generate business intelligent reports to be distributed to the senior management and local manager

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on data science, data mining, statistics, mathematics and/or analystics is STRONGLY preferred. Master's degree in advanced quantitative field is highly desired. 
    • Strong knowledge of data analysis concepts; including SQL analysis, database management, and statistical analysis.
    • Experience with Crystal reporting and Prophix applications.
    • Experience and strong working knowledge practice management and clinical EMR applications.
    • Ability to understand data structure and collaborate with non-technical staff to analyze needs and communicate system capabilities.
    • Experience with HL7, SQL stored procedures, and data mapping.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information to technical and non-technical staff, strong project management skills.
    • Expert problem solver and critical thinker.
    • Ability to use conflict management skills to apply simple solutions to a complex problem.
    • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language.
