    • The Recruiter is responsible for handling all aspects of recruiting for Lexington Health Network.
    • He/she must understand full-life cycle recruitment at all levels and is accountable for partnering with hiring managers to drive recruitment strategies that align with best practices.
    • This individual will attract, recruit, and hire top talent for the business while being responsible for establishing strategies, processes and programs to enable talent acquisition for multiple functions and locations.
    • The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs in order to effectively develop and execute recruitment strategies for all functions.
    • Evaluate, interpret and explain talent based selection tools with Hiring Managers during the recruitment process.
    • Search and screen candidates to fill open positions using our ATS, job boards, social media, referrals and other sources.
    • Meet and ideally exceed the established recruiting metrics.
    • Develop a sourcing plan to fill open positions including creating a consistent source of �warm� candidates.
    • Ensure data is captured accurately in our applicant tracking system.


    • Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least five years of Talent Acquisition experience
    • Proven recruiting results using social media expertise/Proven track record of filling positions on own and without agency support.
    • Search firm and corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.

    • Experience in healthcare or related industry is preferred

    • Possess the qualities and experience to quickly gain credibility across the organization
    • Clear understanding of labor market trends and competition
    • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Have clear evidence of effective partnerships and collaborative stakeholder working relationships at all levels
    • Ability to effectively consult, negotiate with, and influence hiring managers
    • Show a keen ability to multi-task and work in a time-sensitive environment
    • Be genuine, fun, forthright and honest with an impeccable reputation for integrity
