    Responsibilities

    • The Director of Quality of Life Programs will have direct oversight to Memory Care programs and services at Lexington Health Network.
    • This individual will also develop and oversee the Memory Care volunteer program for Lexington Health Network.
    • In addition the AVP of Quality of Life will also have collaborative relationships with the Social Service and Activities professionals in areas that may impact quality of life for Long Term Care residents as determined by Vice President of Operations.
    • Establish program standards for quality program standards for Memory Care services for Lexington Health Network.
    • Have direct oversight of the ongoing implementation to these standards.
    • Function as the resource and coach to the Memory Care Manager position within the Lexington Health Network.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in a health related field.
    • Multi-site operations experience of at least (5 years).
    • Additional certifications are preferred that may be relevant to company focus at time of hire that may include but not limited to Certified Recreational Therapist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, MSW, RN.
    • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language.
