      The Director, Treasury/Cash Management reports to the CFO and will be responsible for the development and implementation of treasury functions, including the management of banking relationships, credit lines and other bank loans.
    • Direct the cash management function including cash flow forecasting and analysis
    • Anticipate borrowing needs and available funds and ensure sufficient funds are available to cover operations and capital investments
    • Direct the administration of all bank accounts (user access, opening/closing accounts, securing new services, executing wire transfers, etc.)
    • Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations
    • Monitor and project operating cash flow on a rolling 13-week basis across all operating units and portfolios
    • Recommend appropriate actions to manage cash across the portfolios of businesses
    • Oversee the preparation of the daily cash report and electronic cash receipt and cash disbursement processing
    • Monitor intercompany borrowings and repayments and ensure proper accounting
    • Calculate debt compliance ratios and prepare debt compliance reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
    • Model financing alternatives and manage any commercial leases
    • Serve as the primary contact with commercial banks in the area of cash management services
    • Develop, maintain, and monitor best-in-class treasury operational policies and procedures to ensure a robust internal control environment
    • Identify process improvements to automate functions and increase internal controls
    • Oversee the monitoring of expense reports and reconciliation to credit card statements, and ensure credit card usage is appropriate and within company policy
    • Supervise the cash management coordinators
    • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • CPA, MBA, or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant treasury/cash management experience
    • Extensive knowledge of treasury operations, capital markets, finance and debt management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt communications to different audiences
    • Critical thinking skills, business acumen and sound judgement
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Demonstrates initiative and has proven ability to work independently
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel skills
    • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred Physical Requirements:
    • Must have the ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop and reach, and to use hands to manipulate the computer, writing, calculation or other instruments to carry out responsibilities of the position.
    • Must be able to lift objects up to 20 pounds.
    • Must have adequate vision to perform essential job functions.
