    • The Memory Care Manager (MCM) will serve in a leadership capacity to have day to day oversight of the Memory Care services daily operations.
    • They also
    • will be the process owner to implement and oversee the Memory Care points of distinction established in the areas of philosophy , environment, programming, family services , dining and leadership.
    • The Memory Care Manager in Memory Care Services area will complete the assessment and MDS paperwork documentation requirements for residents on an ongoing basis as established within each program by Administrator.
    • The Memory Care Manager manages the social services and activities functions and will have a coaching function to any staff working in those departments.


    • A minimum of a two year degree in a Health related field or LPN or RN credentials preferred.
    • One year of management experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias in a long-term care setting.
    • One year of supervisory experience
    • A desire and willingness to function in a working supervisor capacity to model interventions and programming with residents living with Memory loss for all staff on a daily basis.
    • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language.
