    • Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator,(CRC) is accountable for MDS Completion, and is the primary back up to the Clinical Reimbursement Director.
    • These duties include management of the RAI process including oversight necessary to maintain compliance with Federal and State Regulations as it relates to timely completion, submission and accuracy of the MDS.
    • In addition, maintain company developed systems to assure accurate capture of reimbursement for Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care patients.
    • Demonstrates application of HIPPA Guidelines and Resident Rights in daily activities


    • R.N. Illinois license.
    • MDS Certification preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.
    • Excellent skills in analysis, communication, and managing deadlines.
    • Detail oriented with excellent computer skills.
    • Prior MDS Leadership position is highly desirable.
    • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language.
